What are the benefits of caffeine?

What are the benefits of L-citrulline and citrulline malate?
L citrulline is an amino acid that has been shown to cause an increase in nitric oxide production in the blood, leading to vasodilation and increased blood flow. It pairs well with malate (citrulline malate) which has been shown to increase ATP production in muscles, which could improve exercise performance.

Why goo?
We chose a "goo" base for our preworkout mostly to provide for convenience and ease of use. There are some studies that show faster absorption with liquids vs powders, but the studies are far from complete. Short answer: we tried it and we liked it.

Howdy y'all, my name is Parker Samuelson and I am a student at the University of South Carolina studying biomedical engineering. While completing this major I also am a pole vaulter on the track team. I understand the stress of late nights, early mornings, a million tasks and difficult workouts on top. That's why I created Earth Goo. The first effectively dosed preworkout and postworkout "goo".
Earth Goo will provide efficient and convenient fueling for before and after workouts to athletes who are constantly on the go. Gone are the days of shaker bottles, bulky powders and 16-18oz of liquid in your stomach right before or after a workout.
Using my degree in biomedical engineering, I took Earth Goo a step further, making it naturally flavored and colored to reduce stress on the stomach, liver and kidneys. No more artificial flavors and colors to send your stomach into shock and sideline you to a bathroom 20 minutes after consumption.
